• Aviation or airport project experience strongly preferred.
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review architectural and engineering design deliverables.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Facilitate design meetings and manage comment resolution.
• Monitor design quality, scope, schedule, and permitting progress.
• Support BIM coordination and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Provide technical guidance across multiple project disciplines.
• Prepare materials for executive briefings and stakeholder meetings.

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager III to support a major Terminal 5 renovation and reconstruction program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This is a high-impact role overseeing the design delivery of a large, complex airport project that includes demolition, reconstruction, and major enabling works.

Salary Range: $170K-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review architectural and engineering design deliverables
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and subject matter experts
• Facilitate design meetings and manage comment resolution
• Monitor design quality, scope, schedule, and permitting progress
