Job summary

ENFRA LLC in the United States seeks an IS Design Manager to lead design production across the project lifecycle, from development handoff to construction closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with energy outcomes and client expectations.

You will supervise design staff, coordinate with project managers and leadership, monitor labor hours and budgets, uphold design standards and safety, and support client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of design-related experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCad software packages.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day management of design tasks with timely progress and documentation.
• Guides and mentors junior staff, monitors performance, and improves efficiency.
• Ensures adherence to design standards and safety protocols.
• Assists in tracking labor hours and budgets and participates in resource planning.
• Facilitates communication between staff, project managers, and leadership; supports client interactions.
• Participates in team activities and takes on additional responsibilities as needed.
