This role is responsible for leading our design team, driving innovative design solutions, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints. You will play a crucial role in managing design projects, mentoring designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling and effective design work that aligns with our brand vision and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and execution of visual designs for both print and digital.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Deep understanding of design principles across multiple platforms, including digital, print, presentations, web, mobile, social media, and more, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope while advocating for user-centered design principles and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Lead and manage the design team, ensuring high-quality creative output across all projects as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance design efficiency and quality.
  • Review and approve designs to ensure they meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations while providing creative direction and constructive feedback to designers to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, events, and digital teams to ensure cohesive design strategies.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent), required.
  • Experience in animation and motion graphics, preferred.
  • 6+ years of related experience, required.
  • 8+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong ability to present portfolio showcasing design expertise and leadership in creative projects.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to stay organized, multitask, prioritize competing projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and foster relationships.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across departments such as web, events, advertising, social media, product marketing, and more.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
