Job summary

Thryv, a leading SaaS and platforms provider for SMBs, seeks a Software Account Executive to establish and nurture franshisor relationships across North America. You will target new SaaS clients, expand franchise footprints, and travel extensively while operating primarily outside a home office.

Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, and exceeding quotas through webinars, events, and referrals, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably SaaS.
• 4+ years of related experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Build relationships and deliver strategic solutions to retain and grow accounts.
• Strong communication, time management, and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Contact franchise leads to secure new SaaS clients using established processes.
• Recommend solutions addressing client needs and establish relationships with stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas through referrals, events, and webinars; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel 50–75% of the time and follow defined sales cadences and onboarding processes.
