Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related technical field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in utility design, CAD drafting, and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation, and Office365.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers and engineers to develop design packages.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D and MicroStation in the development of utility infrastructure projects.
• Review utility records and atlases to support basemap development.
• Maintain project files, archives, and CAD standards.
• Provide CAD and MicroStation guidance to team members.
• Understand industry and client standards, construction practices, and material specs.
• Review design plans for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with clients, government entities, and permitting agencies for permits.
