Job summary

PQNK, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate designer / Job Captain with at least 3 years of full-time architectural office experience and a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Architecture. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, compassionate, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.

The position requires coordinating all project phases, developing design solutions, and managing CAD/Revit workflows while ensuring design intent and code compliance in collaboration with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time architectural office experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (minimum 4 years).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or lead coordination of all project phases from schematic design through construction administration.
• Develop design solutions and prepare detailed construction drawings with accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee consultant coordination and respond to plan-check comments.
