General Motors Company in Warren, Michigan is seeking an Engineering Design Lead for the Instrument Panel and Floor Console to provide technical leadership, guide designers, and coordinate virtual vehicle integration with cross-functional teams to meet GVDP milestones.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, advanced NX CAD skills, and strong collaboration, with a hybrid work arrangement onsite at Warren three days a week.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in NX CAD modeling and virtual vehicle integration.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, packaging, and design release requirements.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction and daily guidance to Designers.
• Develop and validate virtual integration solutions for Instrument Panel and Floor Console.
• Lead design reviews, virtual reviews, and cross-functional PDT meetings.
• Ensure timely design releases and resolve technical issues balancing cost and manufacturability.
