Sephora is offering an Intern, Design Intern for the Hair Category Marketing team in a 10-week Summer Internship program. The role sits on the Hair Creative Marketing Team, collaborating with Editorial, Visual Merchandising, Content Production, and Marketing to develop compelling assets for retail, digital, and paid media channels.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for design collaboration and creative development.
• Nice to have: Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Interest in exploring and leveraging AI tools to support creativity and design workflows.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay current on social media, digital, and creative trends.

Mansioni

• Assist in the development of creative concepts, presentation materials, and asset management processes for Hair Category Marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation, production, organization, and handoff of print and digital marketing assets across multiple channels.
• Research emerging social media, beauty, and design trends and help integrate relevant insights into campaign creative and content strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to highlight key brand and business moments across Sephora's social media and marketing channels.
• Support creative execution and production needs by adapting and versioning existing campaign assets to deliver cohesive, channel-specific creative.
