Job summary

Reporting to the Brand Operations Manager, you’ll support multiple categories and programs, coordinate resources, and gain exposure to future strategy while collaborating with hybrid teams. Candidates must reside in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Programs and onboarding, coordinating resources and timelines.
• Maintain Brand Education Inbox and related communications platforms.
• Evaluate and improve digital training resources for stores/brands.
• Identify areas for optimization and brand store engagement.
• Provide recommendations to program owners using feedback.
• Assist with data entry, categorization, and project timelines.
• Support with brand visits paperwork and resource setup.
• Demonstrate Sephora values in daily work.
