Job summary

Design Within Reach at MillerKnoll is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and uphold design standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include team leadership, talent acquisition in partnership with HR, floor planning, and collaboration with the Regional Manager to grow the business. Strong MS Office and design rendering familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Financial literacy and budget management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and design/rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships by leading and motivating a team through goal setting, recognition, coaching, feedback, and training.
• Manage the full-life cycle of talent acquisition, including partnering with Human Resources for performance management related situations.
• Ensure store procedures are followed to represent the best in design by utilizing visual directives, presentation, and housekeeping standards to maximize profit and manage expenses.
• Lead team on creating floorplans, design presentations, weekly trade, and home visits.
• Build positive working relationships with the store team, share insights with Regional Manager and develop growth strategies.
