This role requires 12-14 years in enterprise technology, proven ability to manage budgets and cross-functional portfolios, and a track record of coaching and talent development.

Qualificações

• Ensures adherence to T&I best practices, data governance standards, and security requirements across the department.

Job Summary

Directs enterprise technology operations for a department within Technology & Innovation (T&I). Establishes department strategy, portfolio governance, and financial planning aligned with company and Integrated Work Group (IWG) priorities. Leads managers and teams to deliver enterprise technology initiatives that meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Drives collaboration across T&I and business stakeholders to enhance delivery models and operational maturity.

Education Qualifications

Certifications and Licenses

• Industry-recognized technology or leadership certification preferred.
