Qualifications

• 2+ years in engineering leadership or management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in equipment or machinery manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Inventor.
