Qualified candidates are future graduates (Dec 2026–May 2027) with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum 2.8 GPA, internships/co-ops preferred, US work authorization, and willingness to relocate to our North Canton headquarters.

Design engineers will participate in The Timken Company technical training program. Our training program is one of the most respected in the industry and prepares you for future success.
