Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology.
• Minimum 3 years design experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills; Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
• This position entails access to export-controlled items; must lawfully obtain access.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Tool design for wax pattern and core dies, gating dies, and support tooling.
• Collaborate with Tooling Process Owner/Technical Director on design concepts.
• Evaluate dimensional data using 3D methods to improve cast yields.
• Coordinate with Product/Process Engineering on tooling concepts and analyses.
• Interface with tool vendors and core suppliers; support manufacturing readiness.
• Create ancillary tooling for wax, core, and casting processes via Unigraphics.
