Job summary

Infisical is seeking an exceptional Design Engineer (Site) to own infisical.com, collaborating with engineering, design and marketing to craft and maintain the design and infrastructure of our landing page. You will ship pixel-perfect components, build pages, ensure performance and accessibility, and drive organic traffic and user adoption.

You’ll work with a small, world‑class team, primarily remote with a San Francisco presence, and you’ll help grow our growth engine by implementing SEO,

Qualifications

• Deep mastery of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript and frameworks like React/Next.js.
• Experience building high-quality frontend systems with attention to performance and accessibility.
• Experience with web design and design systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Bias toward action: decisive, fast iteration, calculated risk-taking.
• Americas-based or able to work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship pixel-perfect, reusable components and complex designs.
• Build and maintain core website pages (home, product, blogs, learning/resource hub), microsites, frontend architecture and CMS integration.
• Implement SEO best practices, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels.
• Integrate analytics, attribution, and marketing tooling (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot).
