As an intern, you will learn CAD design, gain exposure to load calculations, equipment selection, and documentation while partnering with senior engineers on project deliverables and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university program pursuing Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship (10–12 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Work with senior engineers to create and update CAD drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts.
• Collaborate with design team to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
