Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 3–5 years in an engineering role, product development preferred.
• Proficient in Solid Modeling (Creo/Pro-E) with Windchill database management preferred.
• Experience with FEA, 3D printing, and rapid prototyping methods.
• Strong drawing and documentation skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Design engineering: R&D and innovation; create design iterations and prototypes.
• Project management: estimate costs, schedule projects, report progress.
• Testing and validation: run tests in R&D lab to refine designs.
• Engineering support: maintain drawings, BOMs, change notices, and ERP data; support sales and customer service.
