Job summary

Altitude Aerospace is seeking a Design Engineer I/II for interiors and structures in the Seattle, WA area. This on-site role offers a competitive salary range and a full-time W-2 arrangement, with mentorship from senior engineers on VIP aircraft interior programs.

You will create 3D models and 2D drawings of interior and structural components using Autodesk Inventor (and AutoCAD), coordinate with other disciplines, and manage files in Vault/PLM, while growing hands-on design experience in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 1–5 years of design, modeling, or drafting experience.
• Solid 3D modeling and drawing skills in a CAD tool (Inventor a plus).
• US citizenship or permanent residency required; onsite in Bothell, WA.
• Ability to work under direction of senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build 3D models and 2D drawings for interior and structural components in Autodesk Inventor, with some AutoCAD.
• Turn direction from senior design engineers into clean, accurate drawings.
• Manage files in Autodesk Vault and track tasks in Autodesk PLM 360 (Fusion Manage).
• Incorporate feedback from senior design engineers and coordinate with other disciplines.
