Job summary

Premier PV, LLC is seeking an Entry-level Design Engineer I to support the development and documentation of eBOS products such as combiner boxes, load break disconnects, and harness assemblies. You will build foundational engineering skills while contributing to product design, production readiness, and documentation accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and readiness, while maintaining NEC/UL/IEEE compliance and documentation best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 0–2 years engineering experience; internships acceptable.
• Basic CAD proficiency and engineering documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating 2D/3D CAD drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Support design updates, installation guides, and technical documentation under guidance from senior engineers.
• Help address basic production issues and participate in DFx initiatives.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and production to ensure design accuracy and readiness.
• Maintain compliance with NEC, UL, IEEE standards as directed.
