Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years design engineering experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and 2D drafting tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in developing product concepts and customer-focused designs.
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.
• Participate in design analysis, material selection, and feasibility studies.
• Contribute to design reviews and incorporate feedback from seniors.
• Learn DFMEA, FAI, and PPAP processes and apply them as needed.
• Support manufacturability improvements to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Help document BOMs and engineering specifications.
• Assist in prototype creation and testing, with iterative refinements.
• Travel up to 35% for installations, training, and troubleshooting.
