Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to translate customer needs into cost-effective, tooling-ready designs using CAD tools. You will collaborate with engineers, customers, and tooling vendors to move concepts to production while maintaining ISO quality standards.

The role emphasizes Creo proficiency, knowledge of plastic tooling, and experience with related CAD and PDM tools. A strong background in product development within ISO-controlled environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Creo Parametric certification or equivalent.
• Associates in Mechanical Design Technology preferred.
• Relevant work experience may substitute formal education.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 4 years of Creo (ProE) experience.
• Experience with product development in ISO environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Develop commercially viable designs for product offerings, using CAD and other resources.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Customers and Tooling vendors to develop, execute and implement new products from concept to production.
• Create robust models using sound design practices capable of multiple design changes.
• Maintain full compliance to ISO quality procedures and processes.
• Provide technical customer support and assistance.
