Job summary

Trovy is seeking an entry-level design-to-code engineer to bridge design and development for our marketing site and campaign microsites. You will work on end-to-end page creation, from Figma concepts to production, using AI coding tools and collaborating with the FE team to ship features quickly.

You will help expand our nascent brand look and feel while focusing on conversions and compliance with financial disclosures.

Qualifications

• An online portfolio is required.
• Strong web design fundamentals, typography, layout, color and motion, with responsive design skills.
• Experience or willingness to learn AI-assisted coding with tools like Claude or Cursor and ship code.
• High agency, curiosity and taste; no CS degree required; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design and build web pages end to end from brief to production.
• Ship code to production with guidance from FE team and AI tools.
• Extend and maintain the design system for consistency.
• Iterate on landing pages and campaigns to optimize conversions.
• Ensure compliance with APR, disclosures and regulatory requirements.
