Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in mechanical engineering or engineering tech.
• Proficient with 3D CAD (Inventor) and MS Office.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on shop tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain engineering standards and drawings through ECOs.
• Complete line extensions to expand product offering.
• Work with Production and Strategic Manufacturing on DFM.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to launch new products.
• Complete Special Requests beyond standard engineering scope.
• Use Inventor to create 3D models of parts/assemblies.
• Perform physical and theoretical analysis/testing of parts/systems.
• Identify and implement cost reductions and product improvements.
• Provide support for internal/external customers as needed.
• Participate in design reviews and brainstorming with other engineers.
• Complete projects individually or with teammates.
