Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a design engineer to design and optimize products and components, plan testing procedures, and guide material and equipment selection. The role requires failure analysis skills and the ability to develop thorough product documentation.

You will collaborate with engineering leaders and customers to interpret needs and develop specifications. Continuous improvement initiatives are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in a design engineering role.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks required.
• Experience with epoxies, resins, or tool design is a plus.
• Continuous improvement experience, lean manufacturing tools.
