Job summary

oneapp is seeking a Design Engineer who bridges engineering and product design in a consumer fintech context. You will produce production-ready components directly in code, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to move fast, and define how design-to-code handoffs work within a scalable frontend stack.

You will fluently navigate between design and engineering, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation, design tokens, and robust component architecture across React/React Native projects.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Figma and code, especially React Native or React.
• Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) at production velocity.
• Deep understanding of design tokens, component architecture, and how design systems map to code.
• Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
• Strong communication across design and engineering disciplines.
• Track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define team processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate production-ready components directly in the codebase, not just specs.

The position involves shipping production-ready components directly in code, leveraging AI-assisted development tools at speed, and helping redefine how design-to-code handoff works. It is a first-class engineering role that demands fluency in both Figma and modern frontend codebases.

Responsibilities

• Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or v0 to move at production velocity and ship more in a day than most teams do in a week.
• Help shape a new design-to-code workflow ...

Requirements

• Strong fluency in both Figma and code, particularly React Native or React.

Nice to have
