Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a senior mechanical engineering leader to design and deliver custom machinery and engineered systems for industrial markets. You will plan projects, coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts, manage budgets, and interact with customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally is required as part of client interaction and project support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering and project management for industrial equipment or machinery.
• Experience designing and integrating complex mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical design, and system integration.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer deliverables.

Lead the design and execution of custom machinery and engineered systems for the Pulp & Paper, Waste & Recycling, and industrial manufacturing markets. Responsible for project planning, mechanical system design coordination, budget management, customer interaction, and successful project delivery.
