Job Summary

This role involves designing and analyzing aircraft electrical, mechanical, propulsion, and component structures, systems, and processes.

Essential Job Functions
  • Require a BS in an applicable engineering field.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Mentor developing engineers to gain technical background in hardware design, development, and documentation.
  • Use CAD to produce initial design specifications for aircraft components.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified aircraft systems.
  • Document changes through formal engineering change notifications.
  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues and develop expertise.
  • Work on moderate scope problems, exercising judgment within defined procedures.
  • Follow general and detailed instructions on routine and new projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility

None.
