Trelleborg Group in the United States (Massachusetts) is seeking an experienced Design Engineer to drive New Product Introduction and sealing solutions from concept through production.
The role requires 4-year engineering degree with 5+ years in design/production, strong CAD (SolidWorks) skills, and excellence in GD&T and drawing standards. You'll collaborate across PM, Commercial, and Development teams and contribute to high-quality manufacturing outcomes.

Responsible for various engineering assignments starting from the basic idea and carrying through to the completion of plans. Activities may include developing a new product model or investigating the benefits of a new process. Works with other members of the engineering group and coordinates their specialized contributions to the development of the project.
New Product Introduction - Working alongside the Project Management, Commercial and Development teams and responsible for all technical aspects of the New Product Introduction. This includes:
Sealing Solutions Design – Airframe and engine seals design to customer or internal specifications

The final compensation offered to the candidate may be based on geographical location, work experience and/or skill level. Additions to the compensation packing, including but not limited to paid time off, insurance benefits and 401(k) eligibility, will be outlined at the time of the job offer.
Compensation range: $80,000-$100,000 annually
