Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Massachusetts seeks a design engineer to lead New Product Introduction and drive engineering from concept through plans. You will work with PM, commercial and development teams on technical aspects of new products.
The role involves tooling design, feasibility reviews, cost analysis, BOM/Router creation, and ensuring repeatable, cost-effective manufacturing. Strong CAD skills and GD&T are essential.
Responsible for various engineering assignments starting from the basic idea and carrying through to the completion of plans. Activities may include developing a new product model or investigating the benefits of a new process. Works with other members of the engineering group and coordinates their specialized contributions to the development of the project.
New Product Introduction - Working alongside the Project Management, Commercial and Development teams and responsible for all technical aspects of the New Product Introduction. This includes:
Sealing Solutions Design – Airframe and engine seals design to customer or internal specifications

The final compensation offered to the candidate may be based on geographical location, work experience and/or skill level. Additions to the compensation packing, including but not limited to paid time off, insurance benefits and 401(k) eligibility, will be outlined at the time of the job offer.
Compensation range: $80,000-$100,000 annually
