Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in digital circuit design at card or board level schematic and analysis.
  • Experience with schematic capture using Xpedition or similar.
  • Experience with PSPICE, Saber, or other simulation tools.
  • Experience performing Worst Case Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis, and FMECA.
  • Experience performing failure investigation on CCA, unit, and system level hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and captures electrical schematics for avionics products.
  • Guides PCB board layouts for circuit card assemblies.
  • Performs electrical Worst Case Analysis for design validation.
  • Performs Electrical Parts Stress Analysis for component reliability.
  • Performs Failure Modes and Effects Critical Analysis (FMECA) for system safety.
  • Resolves test anomalies and troubleshoots electronic hardware.
  • Performs failure investigation on CCA, unit, and system level hardware.
  • Uses schematic capture tools such as Xpedition or similar.
  • Uses electronics simulation tools such as PSPICE, Saber, or equivalent.
  • Supports system level testing for product certification.
