Job summary

The Bridger Group is seeking a Design Engineer for a major North American manufacturer. The role focuses on expanding rolling steel door capabilities and advancing a 40′ x 40′ design, combining strong engineering and product design skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience in the rolling steel or high‑performance door industry and a mechanical engineering degree. Curtain wall or glazing experience could also be considered as relevant background.

Qualifications

• Experience in rolling steel door or high‑performance door industry required.
• Door experience within curtain wall or glazing may be considered.
• Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
• Strong product design and engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the engineering team to expand the capabilities of rolling steel door products.
• Support the development of a rolling steel door capable of reaching 40′ x 40′.
