Lee Douglas Interiors, that offers furniture, artwork, and accessories, and our sister store, The Loft, which is a themed store that sells finishing touches for every room in the house.
The Assistant Retail Store Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the retail store’s daily operations and assisting the Retail Manager in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment. This position is responsible for ensuring store policies and procedures are followed and involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs and explaining the products and services we provide.
Retail positions require candidates to sit and operate at a computer for extended periods of time. Due to our industry and widespread client base, on occasion, overtime or travel may be required. Lee Douglas Interiors operates as Team LDI and often requires assistance from multiple departments on tasks in the warehouse or throughout the facility, candidates must be able to perform in environments of varying temperature and noise conditions. Positions require organization and inventory of merchandise and property; candidates must be able to perform on their feet and lift and carry merchandise for transfers and cataloging.
