Job summary

Great Oaks Landscape Associates Inc is seeking a Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect to join our expanding creative team in Southeast Michigan. You will work alongside registered landscape architects, horticulturists, and project managers on high-end design-build landscapes.

You will develop designs from concept through construction, produce planting plans, and create 2D/3D renderings that clearly communicate vision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or comparable software.
• Strong graphic presentation abilities.
• Horticultural knowledge and plant identification skills.
• Passion for creativity and high-quality design.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling landscape designs from concept through construction.
• Produce detailed planting plans and layout drawings.
• Create 2D and 3D renderings that communicate vision clearly.
• Assist in client presentations and design development.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure design integrity in execution.
