Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail or furniture experience, strong communication, and a genuine interest in design. Weekend availability helps support our busy store and deliver memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, furniture, home décor, interior design, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, knowledgeable, and engaging experience for every customer.
• Build relationships with customers and help identify furniture and décor that fit their needs, style, and space.
• Actively drive sales and contribute toward store sales goals.
• Develop strong knowledge of Nadeau's furniture, materials, styles, and unique product assortment.
• Assist customers with furniture selection, styling ideas, and product questions.
• Maintain the appearance of the showroom in accordance with company visual standards.
• Assist with merchandising and rearranging furniture throughout the showroom.
• Support day-to-day store operations and work collaboratively with the store team.
• Safely assist with moving and lifting furniture as part of normal store operations.
