Job summary

The International Executive Service Corps is looking for a Design Director in Boston, MA. This role requires leadership in delivering innovative design solutions that meet clients' business needs. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience in workplace design and proficiency in using design tools like Revit and SketchUp.

You will be responsible for building client relationships, leading quality design processes, and mentoring designers. A background in architecture or interior design, preferably with a license, is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in workplace design.
• Leadership of complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of all phases of design, from concept through contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their objectives.
• Lead and elevate design quality across the studio.
• Direct and present design concepts for key projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for design alignment.
• Mentor and develop designers at all levels.
