Job summary

Gupta Media is seeking an Associate Design Director to turn concepts into standout work across digital ads, billboards, web, video, print, and social media. This is a hands-on design role with leadership responsibilities, driving craft and guiding designers to deliver compelling experiences.

You will collaborate with the Design Director to build capabilities, provide direction, and work directly with clients to bring clarity and confidence to the creative process.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of agency or fast-paced creative experience.
• Strong command of motion, typography, composition, and craft.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects; other tools a bonus.
• Strong leadership, client-facing skills, and ability to translate business goals into design.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to execution across multiple platforms.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to designers; mentor team members.
• Collaborate with clients and integrated teams to drive clarity in the creative process.
• Set high design standards and raise the bar for the team.
