Gupta Media is seeking an exceptional Associate Design Director with deep expertise in motion and visual design. You will lead, design, and mentor within a hands-on role, shaping the creative output across digital ads, billboards, web, video, print, and social media.

You’ll collaborate with the Design Director, guide teams, present concepts to clients, and translate business goals into standout work that raises the creative bar for the agency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of agency or fast-paced creative experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to execution and translate ideas into motion design.
• Strong creative judgement and excellent client-facing communication.
• Proven track record of raising the creative bar and mentoring designers.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design role delivering motion and visual design across formats.
• Collaborate with Design Director to shape team capabilities and direction.
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to designers.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure clear, confident processes.
