Job summary

Gupta Media seeks an Associate Design Director to turn ideas into standout work across digital ads, billboards, web, video, print, and social media. This is a hands-on design role with a focus on motion, typography, and craft.

In addition to creating top-tier work, you will mentor designers, collaborate with the Design Director, and partner with clients to ensure the creative process is clear and confident.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of agency or fast-paced creative experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates motion, visual storytelling, typography, composition, and craft.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, with best-practices for execution.
• Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D and/or Blender a bonus.
• Ability to lead a project from concept to execution across platforms.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to align creative with business goals.
• Collaborative leadership that raises the creative bar and builds trust.
