Job summary

Omnicom Group is seeking a Design Director to lead creative excellence across all digital and multimedia campaigns. You will partner with the Group Creative Director to define the aesthetic vision and ensure consistency, innovation, and impact across video, web, interactive experiences, and integrated campaigns.

You will mentor design teams, develop design systems, and present strategic design thinking to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Creative Direction: establish overarching aesthetic direction and design principles across media.
• Partner with Leadership: align vision with Group Creative Director and translate concepts into visuals.

• Creative Problem-Solving: transform briefs into innovative visual solutions.
