The ideal candidate will manage a design team, collaborate with product and engineering, and drive user-centered decisions with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, innovation, and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior design role with a strong portfolio.
• A portfolio showcasing design capabilities across products and services.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user experience and interaction design principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the design vision for our products and services.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
