Job summary

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions
• 5+ years of design experience at a Design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry

Responsibilities

• Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber
• Lead a team of junior and mid-level staff in an open and supportive way, providing clear and solution-oriented feedback
• Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels
• Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of client deliverables
• Conduct group ideation sessions
• Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly
• Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and independently, with minor support from more senior design leads
