Job summary

American Mixer & Delivery is seeking a Design & Development Engineer or experienced Product Development Designer to design complex equipment and see designs become real products. This role involves close collaboration with production teams and management to turn concepts into finished goods.

Responsibilities include creating manufacturing drawings, maintaining BOMs, and improving product reliability while supporting troubleshooting on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background with product development experience.
• CAD design and mechanical drafting skills.
• Experience with heavy agricultural or industrial machinery.
• Ability to document designs and maintain BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Design new equipment and components.
• Create manufacturing and assembly drawings.
• Maintain Bills of Material.
• Assist with manufacturing routings and documentation.
• Improve product quality and reliability.
• Support production troubleshooting and problem-solving.
