Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Design Coordinator to join our team in the Houston, TX office. The Design Coordinator supports planning, coordination, and execution of design and drafting activities by tracking schedules and deliverables, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication among project team members.

The role requires coordinating design inputs and document control, assisting meetings, and ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in engineering design, drafting, or project coordination for industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, 3D modeling software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate design and drafting activities across assigned projects and disciplines.
• Track schedules, deliverables, design changes, and project priorities.
• Distribute work and help balance workloads among designers and drafters.
• Coordinate design inputs, markups, revisions, and document control.
• Support project meetings and communicate status, risks, and required actions.
• Review deliverables for completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist with resolving design and coordination issues.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
