Job summary

Obsidian is building a large workflow around architectural evaluation tasks drawn from real drawings and site photos. You would produce and coordinate permit and construction drawing sets as architect of record, or job captain/design coordination lead.

A licensed architect, or 8+ years as project architect in US jurisdictions, is expected. You should be able to mark up drawings, perform set QC/back-check, mentor job captains, and maintain office standards or a detail library.

Qualifications

• Requires architectural RFI coordination and set QC review.
• Experience coordinating permit and construction drawing sets.
• Able to mark up drawings and mentor job captains.

Responsibilities

• Review RFI responses and coordinate across sheets.
• Perform set QC/back-check and ensure officeStandards are maintained.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the detail library.
