Arhaus is seeking a full-time Sales Associate / Design Consultant in Hartford, CT. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and apply space planning to showcase our heirloom-quality furniture and décor.

You’ll provide customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and maintain a guest book while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment at Westfarms Mall. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
