Job summary

ZINTEX Remodeling is seeking a full-time Outside Sales professional to deliver in-home remodeling presentations to pre-qualified homeowners in the Jonesboro area. You will be equipped with tools and training to close deals, process orders, and handle post-sale changes, all while meeting daily sales goals.

Your role includes conducting in-home demonstrations, learning our process within 90 days, and regularly refining your closing techniques with support from the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or one-call close sales preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a masterful in-home sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad.
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions.
• Design new shower/bath configurations using proprietary iPad software.
• Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis.
• Schedule and run appointments and manage follow-ups as needed.

ZINTEX Remodeling is looking for a full-time (W-2) Outside Sales professional that is open to running appointments. Your primary objective is to deliver a masterful in-home presentation to pre-qualified homeowners who are interested in getting their bathroom(s) remodeled.You are provided with all of the tools and training needed to be successful in the home and closing deals. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with and changes after the product is sold.We only ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.Expectations· Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad· Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings· Design new shower/bath on our proprietary iPad software· Deliver price and close sales on daily basis#HPjobs· Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills· Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise· Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline· Ability to work independently· Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings· Previous in home and/or one call close sales experience preferred but not needed
