Job summary

Porcelanosa is seeking a Design Consultant to join our Chestnut Hill showroom. This full-time role focuses on luxury sales, helping clients select tile, bath, and kitchen products, and turning their visions into detailed design concepts.

You will build lasting client relationships, present CAD-based plans, and coordinate quotes and deliveries while staying current with design trends and product lines. On-site responsibilities include strong organization and customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in luxury sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with proven ability to close sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on design elements such as color, texture, lighting, and layout, while recommending products that fit the customer’s budget.
• Build relationships with customers to establish long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.
• Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing with properly displayed products and stocked inventory.
• Stay up to date on the latest design trends and product offerings.
• Handle showroom inquiries and document customer feedback or complaints.
• Quote prices, prepare proposals, and provide information on sale and delivery.
• Consult with customers in the showroom to assess design needs and recommend tile, bath, and kitchen products.
• Create design plans and presentations using CAD software, providing accurate pricing and product information.
• Foster customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provideexpert advice on design elements such as color, texture, lighting, and layout, while also making recommendations on products that fit within the customer’s budget.

• Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing and ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked to keep track of inventory levels and placeordersas necessary.
• Stay up to date on the latest design trends and product offerings.
• Handle showroom incoming calls. Document and process any customer complaints.
• Quote prices prepare proposals and provide information regarding sale and delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Consult with customers in the showroom to assess design needs and recommend tile, bath, and kitchen products
• Create design plans and presentations using CAD software, providingaccuratepricing and product information.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

What You Bring to the Team

• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
• 3+ years of experience in luxury sales
