Arhaus is seeking a Design Consultant in Pasadena to maximize sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will represent the Arhaus brand through in-store conversations, space planning assistance, and a strong product focus.

The role emphasizes sales performance, customer service, and collaborative teamwork within the store environment. Your responsibilities include meeting monthly targets, maintaining client follow-up, and contributing to a high-energy, design-focused sales

• Meet monthly sales and productivity standards.

• Maintain a guest book to organize and cultivate business.
• Follow up with guests before and after sale and at delivery.
• Collaborate with team and follow store management feedback.
• Open and close duties; record all hours worked.
• Respond to emails and company communications.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
