QVC Group—Frontgate is seeking a Design Consultant to elevate guest experience through personalized design services at our Dallas, TX Frontgate location. You will partner with fellow designers to drive community outreach and promote Design Solutions, supporting store teams with merchandising and training while offering scheduled and on‑demand design time.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in interior design/consultation, strong space planning, and basic drafting skills.

• 2+ years of experience in interior design, consultation, and event planning.
• Strong space planning skills for design solutions.
• Basic drafting skills with ability to read architectural/basement floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide design expertise for scheduled appointments (Studio and Home visits), virtual appointments, and on‑demand design time.
• Identify and network with local organizations/businesses to promote Design Solutions and share marketing materials.
• Support store team with order entry, visual floorsets, merchandising, and store maintenance standards.
• Participate in product training activities.

You are the champion of guest engagement so that our guests will experience an inspiring shopping event where they feel empowered to customize their space.* You will report to the Assistant Store Manager.**Where You'll Work*** This role is **onsite** and will require you to work from our Dallas, TX, Frontgate location daily.
