What you'll do

  • Drive your personal vehicle to manage and execute 2-5 pre-scheduled sales appointments daily in your designated territory, generated through aggressive marketing efforts
  • Generate sales revenue by closing deals during appointments and following up diligently with customers who received quotes
  • Meet monthly sales goals set by sales management
  • Maintain up-to-date post-sale tasks in our CRM system, communicate continuously with customers, and collaborate with co-workers to ensure seamless installations (including nights and weekends)
  • Work closely with the inside sales team to close deals with previously quoted customers
  • Occasionally assist other territories as needed
  • Live our core values of collaboration, integrity, accountability, and efficiency
  • Expand your territory through referrals, networking with builders, contractors, and industry professionals
